We thank You, in advance, for the attention You want dedicateto our the informations adequateabout the organization rules of the B A T I S society, to get an adeguate professional level. These rules also will guarantee the good outcome of the customer’s holidays.
One month before the boat departure confirmed by our customer, we would like to have:
1.Seven days after the customer confirmation of the boat, seven copies of the contract will be sent with the B A T I S YACHTING M.C.P.Y. signature.These copies must be signed by You and the customer. The five copies must be resent together with the crew-list sent by us in two copies, at the address B A T I S YACHTING 31100 Lefkas. Nikiana-port GREECE. Before the embarkation, the customer will receive a copy, officially stamped by the harbormaster’s office, as receipt for the taxes office of his country and for a possible official control during the navigation.

3.Photocopy of the captain’s navigation licence.
4.Photocopy of the captain’s Passport or identity card
5.Arrival time into Greece.
7.The transfer from the arrival airport or port and vice versa, if it will be required. |

Cancellation
In case of cancellation, the penalty will be of the 100%. However, in the case that the boat is rechartered for the same period and the same conditions, the customer will be repaired just with the exclusion of the costs supported. |

Losses, Delays, Embarkation, Redelivery
It will be very appreciated by B A T I S if in case of breaking or losses of the boat rigging, the customer will inform in time the society which will provide to make all the things ready for the next charter.
In case of delay, the customer will agree, by telephone, with the society, In the contrary case, a charter day will be deducted, to the customer, from the guarantee.
We must precise that August, because of the overerowdiug of tourists, the embarkation’s will be made at 5.00 p.m. and the landing at 9.00 a.m.
